What is Hoyoverse?
miHoYo's New Brand
On February 14, 2022, miHoYo released an official statement announcing their new brand, HoYoverse. In their statement, they put emphasis in providing content for worldwide audiences.
Why the Change?
There have been no official statements about the reason behind the change in brands. The HoYoverse brand will be focused on continuing miHoYo's current operations, and expanding its content production and technology research through several offices worldwide, including Canada, USA, Singapore, Japan and South Korea

Is Genshin Impact under HoYoverse?
Yes, Genshin Impact is now officially under the HoYoverse brand, along with other games by miHoYo such as Tears of Themis and Honkai Impact.
New Brand Name in Yae Miko's Character Demo
The HoYoverse brand had already been shown in the Character Demo for the new electro catalyst character, Yae Miko! This Character Demo was released a day after HoYoverse's announcement, so future videos would most likely follow the same pattern.
Yae Miko was released as a playable character in February 16, 2022 after the Version 2.5 update!

New Genshin Impact Loading Screen
Starting on February 16, 2022 during the Version 2.5 update, the loading screen will now show the new Hoyoverse loading screen instead of the miHoYo one.

In another announcement on the same day, HoYoverse stated that their customer service emails will be updated on February 16, 2022.
Any emails sent to the previous address after February 16, 2022 will be redirected to the new ones until May 1, 2022. Afterwards, the previous email addresses will be out of service.
