Who is Columbina, the Damselette?
Third of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers
Columbina is 3rd of the Harbingers, a group of elite soldiers and officers in the Fatui serving under the Cryo Archon, Tsaritsa. Her Harbinger codename is Damselette. In Japanese, her name is simply 少女, which directly translates into "Young Girl."
Not much is known about her, as this will be the first time we'll get to see her!

Involved in Nod-Krai Storyline
In the Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: The Gods' Limits, Columbina was shown to be part of the Nod-Krai's upcoming storyline!
Columbina was in an unknown place that glitched similarly to Arlecchino's idle animation. The voice over mentioned needing to retrieve Columbina from Nod-Krai, implying she was captured or otherwise not there on purpose.
Target of the Palestar Edict
The teaser also revealed that the Palestar Edict, the highest of commands of the Fatui, was issued for the retrieval of Columbina from Nod-Krai 'whatever it takes'.
The Palestar Edict summons back the Fatui Harbingers back to Snezhnaya and dispatches them to Nod-Krai!

The Nod-Krai Concept Overview webpage further hinted on Columbina's significance in Nod-Krai. The page showed images of a structure similar to a Statue of Seven but Columbina takes the place of the Archon at the top of the Statue.
The images show 2 different types of Statues. One looks like the other Statues from other regions while another looks mechanical!

Columbina Release Date
Possible Release in Version 6.0
Columbina is anticipated to be an important component in the story taking place in Nod-Krai, and she will most likely become playable in Version 6.0 onwards, alongside Nod-Krai and the other characters mentioned in the teaser video.
Revealed in the Fatui Harbingers Teaser
She was first revealed in the Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: A Winter Night's Lazzo video on YouTube as the Girl. The video contains spoilers of the Inazuma Archon Quest and Snezhnaya previews and characters that will be coming in the future!
