How to Unlock Pedestal Device
Reach Union Level 27
Pedestal Device automatically shows up on your quest log after reaching Union Level 27, and serves as the introductory quest to the Tactical Holgoram: Calamity bosses.
Pedestal Device Walkthrough
Talk to Qinggong
Speak with Qinggong in Jinzhou City and agree to investigate one of the pedestal devices that he found.
Head to the Pedestal's Location
Follow the quest marker to the pedestal location and be met with the Tactical Hologram: Impermanence Heron's pedestal. After confirming its location, you may head back to Jinzhou City and report this to Qinggong in order to complete the quest.
All Tactical Hologram: Calamity Locations
Defeat the Tactical Hologram: Impermanence Heron (Optional)
You may choose to fight the Tactical Hologram: Impermanence Heron and obtain the rewards associated with it, although it is not necessary to finish the Tutorial Quest.
