How to Unlock Boundary of Yellow and White
Complete Glorious Loong's Pearl
The Boundary of Yellow and White will automatically become available on your quest list after completing Glorious Loong's Pearl, the first sub-quest of the Exploration Quest called Mirrored Loong's Pearl. This quest is located north of Mt. Firmament's Xuanji Ridges.

Activate the Altar of Initiation
To start Boundary of Yellow and White, teleport to the Resonance Beacon called Xuanji Ridges and then head north to the marked location in-game. Next, activate the Altar of Initiation. Doing this starts the Light Path puzzle.
Deactivate the Photon Barrier
After activating the Altar of Initiation, go to the marked Altar of Radiance in-game. The Altar will be contained inside a Photon Barrier. Follow, the golden energy path to deactivate the Photonvault powering the barrier.
Disable the Photonvault
The Photonvault is located at the player character's location shown above and in order to deactivate it, simply attack the vault using any Resonators.
Defeat Junrocks and Rotate the Altar
After disabling the Photon Barrier, go back to the marked Altar of Radiance and then defeat the Fission Junrocks guarding it. Next, rotate the Altar once to progress the puzzle.
Head to the Next Marked Altar
Go to the next marked Altar of Radiance in-game and then defeat the Fractsidus enemies guarding it. Then, rotate the Altar three times to light up the next one. Also, do not forget to open the supply chest nearby.
Solve Another Photon Barrier Puzzle
Proceed to the third marked Altar in-game and then disable another Photon Barrier by disabling three Photonvaults. After disabling the Photonvaults, defeat the Fission Junrocks and the Stonewall Bracer guarding the third Altar of Radiance.
After that, rotate the third Altar of Radiance two times in order to progress the quest.

The first Photonvault is easy to find and it is located beside the Photon Barrier. Attack it using any character to disable it. |

The second Photonvault is on top of the big rock near the Photon Barrier. Climb up the rock and then attack the Photonvault. |

The last Photonvault is hidden inside a Fissured Ledge. Pick up the Tacetite Fulminate in front of the Fissured Ledge using a Levitator. Then, throw it to the Fissured Ledge in order to see the Photonvault. Finally, attack the vault in order to disable it. |
The table above contains the locations and also the method on how to disable the Photonvaults to deactivate the Photon Barrier surrounding the third Altar of Radiance.
Defeat the Clang Bangs Near the Altar
Go to the last Alter of Radiance marked in-game and then defeat the Clang Bangs guarding it. Finally, rotate the Altar three times.
Complete the Rite of Offering
After solving the puzzle, attempt to complete the Rite of Offering. This can be done by standing on the marked location and then aligning the orb at the dragon's mouth. Doing this ends the Boundary of Yellow and White!
