Dragon of Dirge Location and How to Get to It
Located in Figurehead's Shrine
Dragon of Dirge is located in Figurehead's Shrine within the Penitent's End region in Rinascita. You may access the boss without much progress in the story.

Who is Gehinnom?
The Dragon of Dirge
Gehinnom is the real name of the Dragon of Dirge, which is the final destination of those that are banished by the Order of the Deep via the Pilgrim's Sail.
You could say that a lot of these pilgrims have perished because of Gehinnom, even if they have lived the journey through Penitent's End. It is truly a cruel ploy by the Order to punish the non-believer of their cause.
Gehinnom Means Punishment
In Judaism, Gehinnom is a place of purification and torment. You may say that this is the Christian equivalent of "purgatory".
Gehinnom being the final destination of those considered heretics by the Order of the Deep is indeed a befitting name for a dragon atop Penitent's End.

Counter When It Flies
When the Dragon of Dirge flies, most of the time, it will swoop down and fly towards you, with a Weakness Halo appearing on its head. If you do not counterattack, the dragon will fly past you, face you, and fire a barrage of spikes.
Spam Your Dodge During Close-Range Attacks
When fighting up close, this boss does a variety of frontal AoE attacks. These attacks include breathing fire and a barrage of projectiles within a set radius.
Though these attacks are continuous and have no visual windows to dodge, you can repeatedly press dodge to avoid taking damage. Spamming your dodge takes up a lot of stamina, so be careful!
Watch Out For Long-Range Beams
When you are reasonably far from the boss, the Dragon of Dirge will start to fire several beams of light and converge towards the middle. Prepare to dodge through the beams!
Resistant to Fusion
Dragon of Dirge is resistant to Fusion damage. Resonators like Changli or Mortefi will deal less damage to this boss.
