Get from Fallacy of No Return in Data Torrent

Fallacy of No Return Location
Topological Confinement is obtained from the overworld boss, Fallacy of No Return. Fallacy of No Return is located in the Data Torrent within the Tethys' Deep area in the Black Shores.

To get this material, you first need to progress through the story and finish the main quest, To The Shores End. Once accomplished, the boss is easily found at the center of the arena in Data Torrent and can be fought to garner the necessary materials for Camellya.
