Geshu Lin is currently not a playable character in Wuthering Waves, and there has been no official word on his addition in future patches. Still, fans of this enigmatic figure can remain hopeful as his Tacet Mark and distinctive design hint at potential playability down the line!
Who is Geshu Lin?
Former General of the Midnight Rangers
Before Jiyan earned his renown as General of the Midnight Rangers, it was Geshu Lin who led the charge against the Threnodian Ovathrax that ravaged Huanglong.
Countless lives were lost under his command, and though he sacrificed himself in this grave battle, the whispers of the fallen still mention his name in disdain for the horrors he commanded them to face.
A Ruthless Leader
In stark contrast to Jiyan, Geshu Lin led with an iron fist. Obsessed with achieving results, he cared little for the individual sacrifices required to secure his vision of victory.
So long as he had the power of a Resonator and the means to crush the opposition, he would pursue his goals without hesitation, even if it meant sending his own men to certain doom.
A Martyr of War
After Geshu Lin’s martyrdom in the battle against the Threnodian Ovathrax, his fate remains shrouded in mystery. Whether he survived the ordeal, no one can say for certain.
But one truth endures: his name is etched in the memories of grieving families, whose sons and daughters perished under his command in what many call a hopeless war.
