The highly anticipated Kitasan Black arrived on July 26, 2025. Kitasan Black's speed stat specialty and incredible suite of passives make her desirable for any account. Most, if not all, decks can accommodate Kitasan Black due to its versatility.

Accompanying her is Satono Diamond, a support card that specializes in Stamina and provides bonuses to Guts. Players may find it difficult to use her support card effectively, as the bonuses she offers aren't as ubiquitous as Kitasan Black's.

Thanks to her notable perks and passives, Fire at My Heels and Professor of Curvature, Kitasan Black is one of the best supports in the game at launch.

Fire at My Heels increases training effectiveness, allowing you to gain more stats with her around while Professor of Curvature allows your character to handle turns much faster.

Unfortunately, Satono Diamond doesn't measure up to Kitasan Black. Her unique perk isn't very useful as mood effects can easily be managed, and isn't all that beneficial.

The rates for the featured character banners are lower than usual, which makes obtaining any of the featured characters more difficult, especially multiple copies for uncapping. Adjust as needed and allocate the appropriate number of Carats depending on how many copies you intend to pull.

That being said, if you're just starting out and have plenty of resources, it's safe to invest heavily in this banner, assuming you aren't planning to save carats for other banners in the near future. Her support card has great longetivity, as evidenced by her release on other servers.

Acquiring lots of strong support cards will go a long way, even if you don't get many copies, as you'll need them to build strong characters.
