Pull for PvP or if You Like Her
Mejiro McQueen (End of the Skies) has the same track, distance, and pace aptitude as her original counterpart. This version does, however, have different stat growths, and a Unique Skill that is not as good as the original's thanks to its very specific activation requirement.
If you need the numbers to pad your PvP teams in Class 2 and above, or if you like Mejiro McQueen as a character, then you can pull for her. It's important to note, however that you cannot field two Mejiro McQueens in Team Trials even if they are on separate teams.
If you don't need the numbers, or don't like Mejiro McQueen a lot, then you can safely save your Carats. Alternatively, you can instead roll in the Support Card banner for the Kitasan Black Support Card and other great SR Support Cards.

Run Her as Pace Chaser
Mejiro McQueen is an Umamusume who has an A aptitude on the Pace Chaser running style which means this is the easiest running style to run for her. It is best to use this running style when running on races as this is her best style.
Max Out Her Potential When Able
To increase the amount of skills you immediately have access to on Mejiro McQueen, it is recommended to max out her Potential level. However, if you do not have the Monies or materials to do so, we suggest to at least unlock Potential Level 4 for Ramp Up and Cooldown.

Pace Chaser Savvy ◯We recommend these skills for Mejiro McQueen because there are potentially many debuffers during this race, so it is important to have a lot of Stamina recovery skills such as Swinging Maestro and Gourmand.
Since Mejiro McQueen is also a great pace Chaser, it is important to maintain her pace so she can easily overtake at the last spurt so we recommend skills like Red Shift/LP1211-M, Straightaway Adept, and Professor of Curvature.

Similar to the original version, this version of Mejiro McQueen is still a Long and Medium racer, so Stamina is still a must. Other than Stamina, you must also increase her Speed and Power, so that she has an easier time overtaking her opponents.
Stamina and Power should be relatively easy to level at the same time thanks to her +10% growth buff on both stats. This growth buff also applies to her Wit, so increase that when able.
It is important to note that if you cannot reach the stats recommended above, you can instead aim for a similar stat distribution. You can then compensate for the missing stats using skills. Additionally, if you are only planning on clearing a career run with Mejiro McQueen then you can aim for lower stat numbers, as the stats above are a baseline for Team Trials.

For Legacy Sparks, we recommend trying to find Stamina and Power sparks, as Mejiro McQueen's races are normally Medium and Long length. Based on which races you want to prioritize, get either Medium or Long sparks to help with those particular races.
For running style sparks, you can either pick Pace Chaser sparks to fully specialize in it, or grab Front Runner sparks to expand her pace options.
You can use either your own Veterans, or borrow the ones from your friends. If you do not have Veterans with full sparks, you can go with whatever you have access to.

Speed Star
|
Recovery and speed skills are important for Medium and Long races, so make sure to get them. Swinging Maestro and Gourmand are both strong recovery skills that can keep Mejiro McQueen energized throughout the race. If you want to use Gourmand, make sure to keep Mejiro McQueen as a Pace Chaser.
To help with Speed, Professor of Curvature, Homestretch Haste, and Straightaway Acceleration can provide speed at certain moments, while Speed Star can help her break out of packs and head to the front.
If you cannot get the recommended skills, you can replace them with similar skills that you have access to. You will just need to make sure that Mejiro McQueen can activate said skills in a race.

She’s nowhere near that bad. Her ult sucks but, like Matifuku, Ticket, Halo, and the stamina ults, you should be picking skills around it. Don’t worry about spark types unless you already built them. Forcing a 1-2 star power/stamina spark with bad legacies is worse than taking speed/wit/guts with good legacies. For supports, run your best cards that are level 30+ - a guts one is fine for skills or fans.
