How to Get Helpful Citizen Trophy
- Find the Strange Goods in Septimont Harbor
- Talk to Adelman Near the Same Port
- Talk to Adelman Again at 12:00 Tomorrow
- Unlocks Helpful Citizen Trophy Afterwards
Find the Strange Goods in Septimont Harbor
Go to Septimont's Port in northern Titanbone Expanse to find a merchant named Iyo then interact with a prompt near him that says Strange Goods
. Finish the conversation that triggers after interacting with the prompt.
Note that he only appears in the morning, and won't be available at night. You can change the time as early as 6:00AM.
Talk to Adelman Near the Same Port
You can then talk to Adelman, who is part of the port authority of Septimont just south of Iyo. You can report to him the stange goods you sensed from Iyo's shipments, causing Adelman to apprehend Iyo.
Talk to Adelman Again at 12:00 Tomorrow
Switch the In-Game Time to 12:00 Tomorrow and stay on the same pier to find Adelman arresting Iyo for illegal contraband echoes. Talk to Adelman to learn of Iyo's fate and conclude the quest.
Unlocks Helpful Citizen Trophy Afterwards
Once the quest is concluded, you will be rewarded the Helpful Citizen Trophy afterwards. Check your Trophy View to see if you have unlocked it!
Trophy Unlock May Not Notify Immediately
Sometimes, the game may not notify you that you have unlocked your trophy. Teleport to another location or immediately check your Achievements Screen to see if you have it unlocked.

Helpful Citizen is an achievement found under Journey, in the World in All Its Variety I Trophy subcategory. Be sure to complete it for some extra Astrites!

It was missing a step for me. To progress the quest, you will have to witness Ivo trying to sell the terminals in Titanbone Expense. Travel to the Resonance Nexus there and fly to the arena southeast of it. He will be stood by the stalls. Then proceed to talk to Adelman the next day.
