Observation Outpost 08 - Pick up the Code sheet underneath the passenger seat

After obtaining the keys to the APC, you can find the code sheet in a compartment under the passenger's sheet. This code sheet is important for finding the gate code in Acasa Marshes northeast to Jova.

2. Head to the OMSIF Camp Northeast to Jova in Acasa Marshes

Observation Outpost 08 - Correct Code to Gate

After finding the OMSIF camp northeast to Jova, the code sheet provides potential codes for the gate. Enter 151 991 to the gate then head to the tent and examine the computer there. This will resolve the Mystery.

Additionally, you can loot the corpse behind the camp to find a High-Tech Case research item that can be used for locating Vaults of Forbidden Knowledge.
