Whistleblowers - Get the Locker Keys on the dead OMSIF soldier at B3

In the drone training room at B3, there is a locker key on a dead OMSIF soldier. Pick it up and find the locker it belongs located in B4.

2. Collect the Deployment Orders in Various Places

Whistleblowers Deployment Orders Locations at Senedra Acasa Marshes and Lethe National Library

Collect the deployment orders in Senedra, in the Observation Outpost 08 at Acasa Marshes, and deployment orders in the parking lot of Lethe National Library. These are essential for piecing together the code later on.
