1. Find the Key in a Cave at Marastan

Ill-Gotten Gains - Head up the Hill and up the stairs past the graveyard then head to the houses on the right
Head up the hill and up the stairs until you are past the graveyard. Then turn to the right side of the neighborhood and head straight ahead to the house at the end of the street.

Ill-Gotten Gains - Use the basement of the house to travel to the other side
When you get to a house filled with refugees, climb down the ladder and use their basement to get to the other side.

Ill-Gotten Gains - Jump down the ledge and head inside the cave
Head up the hill and then to the right. Jump down the ledge and find the nearby cave. Pick up the Key from a corpse in a cavern straight ahead.

2. Use the Key in the Graveyard at Marastan

Ill-Gotten Gains - Use the Key on the Locked Door in the Catacombs in Marastan

While Searching for the Keystone of Terror, head back to the graveyard you passed by earlier and turn all the eagles to face the east. Use the compass to check if they are facing the right direction. When done, a secret passageway will open, and inside will lead into a locked door. Use the key to open it, and the Mystery will be resolved.
