History Lesson Walkthrough
1. Pick Up an ID at the Playground in Talju
Head to the Playground in Talju near the Town Hall. Pick up the ID from Lukhan's backpack near the monkey bars.
2. Unlock the Safe in Lethe - National Library
Head to Lethe - National Library, and near the APC is a dumpster with a half discarded safe. You can unlock the safe by referring to Lukhan's serial ID number.

How to Unlock History Lesson
Find a Letter in the National Library
Inside the basement of a house in Talju, there is a letter explaining Caspian's belongings being moved to the shipping docks and getting trashed. Picking this letter up will trigger the mystery.
