Aoharu Hai is the second permanent scenario arriving in Umamusume: Pretty Derby. Find out more about Aoharu Hai, its release date, and details here!
List of Contents
In the Japanese version of the game, Aoharu Hai was released six months after the game's launch, or during the game's Half Anniversary. As such, Aoharu Hai may launch during the Global version's Half Anniversary on December 2025.
It is important to note that this is an estimate and not official information.
Alternatively, as the game's upcoming banners are sped up, it is also possible that the release of Aoharu Hai will be pushed up. In the Japanese version of the game, Aoharu Hai was released on the same day that the Matikane Fukukitaru banner went live. By our estimates, this banner will likely go live in Early November 2025, which means that Aoharu Hai could also be released around the same period.
As with above, this is an estimate of the release date, and should not be used as official information.

Aoharu Hai is different from the URA Finale in that it focuses on Team Races. Every six months in the career (Late June and Late December), you will have to participate in the Aoharu Cup, which has you fielding five teams of racers similar to Team Trials. Your team members will consist of your Trainee, your Support Cards, and other members that you will recruit throughout the career.
Similar to Team Trials, you will participate in five races (Sprint, Mile, Medium, Long, Dirt), and must win as many races as possible. Once you have completed all five races, you will receive an increase to all stats, with the amount based on your performance.
Team Trials Guide: How to Build a Team
Although the Aoharu Hai scenario revolves around the Aoharu Cup races, you will still need to do well in your trainee's race goals. Similar to the URA Finale, failing your trainee's race goals enough times will lead to your career run ending.
| Stat Rank | Training Facility Level |
|---|---|
| Level 1 | |
| Level 2 | |
| Level 3 | |
| Level 4 | |
| Level 5 |
Instead of leveling up with repeated use like in the URA Finale, training facilities will instead improve based on your team's overall ranking for that stat. For example, if your team's overall Speed stat rating is A Rank, then your Speed training facility will be at Level 4.
Training Guide: Which Stats to Train?
| 1300 | 1300 | 1300 | 1300 | 1800 |
Compared to the URA Finale with a stat cap of 1200 for all stats, the Aoharu Hai Scenario will have increased stat caps for all stats. Speed, Stamina, Power, and Guts will all have an increased cap of 1300, while Wit will have an increased cap of 1800. This gives you some room to create even better Veterans for Team Trials.
During Senior Year Late November, you will receive a special skill based on your highest team Stat rank. This special skill will provide buffs during races that scale off of the related rank. For example, if your highest team stat is Speed, you will receive a skill that increases your team's velocity based on the team's total Speed.
Take note that if you have multiple stats with high values, then the skill will be assigned randomly. The rarity and strength of the skill will also increase based on the number of Soul Explosions you perform.
While training, you will sometimes notice that there is a flame icon beside a teammate. Selecting this will charge that teammate's Soul Meter. Once a teammate's Soul Meter is full, selecting a training with said teammate will trigger a Soul Explosion for that training.
A Soul Explosion is similar to a Friendship training in that you will receive extra stats from training. This applies not just to your trainee, but also to the team member who triggered the explosion. You will also receive hints whenever a Soul Explosion is triggered, allowing you to get discounts for skills. The hints you get will be based on who triggered the Soul Explosion.
It is important to note that you do not need to immediately trigger a Soul Explosion. You can wait until the team member with a Soul Explosion is at the stat you want to increase before activating it.
