Stay Close To The Artillery Walker
The Artillery Walker fires projectiles and can summon bubbles that explode when you're far from it, so try and stay close while fighting it. Up close, you'll just have to watch out for its swing and charge attacks.
You can also try and walk in a straight line to easily avoid its attacks.
Parry The Charge Attack
The Artillery Walker's Charge Attack can be parried when you guard at the right time. After it leans back, it'll turn red and you can guard during that time to parry it.
