How to Beat Haze of Terror
Search For Phasing Pillars to Spawn the Boss
To fight the Haze of Terror, begin by locating and approaching the phasing pillars scattered throughout the arena. After interacting with a number of them, the boss will spawn, allowing you to attack until its health drops to around 70%. It will then vanish, and a new phasing pillar will appear elsewhere. Find and activate it to summon the boss once again. This will repeat once more at approximately 40% HP. Defeat the Haze of Terror during its third appearance to end the battle.
Defeat Spawned Hazes of Terror
During the mechanic, the boss will also summon normal Hazes of Terror. You can mostly ignore them, but you can also take them out if they attack you while you search for the boss pillar.
Use the Water Ripples to Locate the Phasing Pillars
The phasing pillars can be easily located by looking at the water ripples on the ground. Follow where the water ripples originate, and that will lead you to the boss.
Go Through Wall Openings to Avoid Obstacles
After reaching a certain HP threshold, the boss will summon walls and spinners that damage you when you get hit. It will hide inside its pillars just like from the beginning, although now the search is harder because of the obstacles it summoned.
Some walls have openings which you can go through to avoid taking damage while searching.

| Double Swipe and Slam |
The boss will swipe forward twice and then do a slam with both of its limbs after. You can guard against the swipes then dodge the follow-up slam or dodge backwards twice to make both attacks whiff. |
| Summon Haze |
The boss will blink out of range and then summon a Haze of Terror to attack you. When it blinks out, create some space by backing away from the summoned Haze of Terror. It will eventually disappear. |
| Single Slam |
The boss will form a limb and quickly slam the ground. Since it's a single attack that deals little damage, you can just dodge backwards to avoid it or take it. |
| Double Slam |
The boss will form a limb and quickly slam the ground twice. Dodge in any direction to avoid both attacks or back away once you see it raise one of its limbs. |
| Double Swipe |
The boss will form limbs and quickly swipe towards you twice. Once you see the boss form limbs, dodge away then keep your distance to avoid the second swipe. |
| Piercing Lunge |
The boss will form two limbs and spin in place then lunge forward with both limbs. Once you see the boss do the spin, dodge to any direction to avoid the lunge. |

The boss will disappear and summon walls and spinners that attach to the pillars and damage you when you get hit. Stay out of their way and follow the water ripples to locate the boss. You'll have to locate the pillar twice for the boss to show up again. |

The boss will also summon Hazes of Terror. Defeat them as you follow the water ripples since they can attack and damage you also. |
This mechanic also repeats when the Arcase Spire Haze of Terror's HP hits the 40% threshold.

Located in Arcas Spire of Senedra Forest
The Arcas Spire Haze of Terror can be encountered once you solve the Timeloop in the Spire using the Amine Prism - Theta item. You'll be transported to another area right after where the boss fight happens.
