Use Healing Pulse To Restore HP

Healing Pulse lets you heal after doing attacks and restores health in combat without using items. After you attack, you'll build up a healable HP bar and a white ring will appear on your character. Time the Healing Pulse to use the built gauge and heal.

Use Consumable Items

Item Effects
Basic Medkit Basic Medkits restore a fixed amount of health instantly. The size of the medkit determines the amount of health restored.
Advanced Medkit Advanced Medkits restore health gradually over a brief period of time.

You can also heal your HP through consumable items. Medkits are consumable items that can be picked up throughout the game and restore your health when used. Note that the number of Medkits you can carry is limited. It's advised to also make use of your Healing Pulse, especially when you need healing in combat.

Relic Lymbic Power
Heart of the Griffon Fully restores your Health, Stamina, and Lymbic Energy
The Relentless Assault Each successful Combo Capper restores your Health
The Bloodseeker Each kill restores your Health and Lymbic Energy
The Heart of Aria Enhance greatly the Healing Pulse ability

Certain Relics grant powerful healing abilities, which can be active or passive depending on the Relic. Using these can help you stay healthy in the middle of a fight.

Healing In Defensive Gears

Defensive Gear Lymbic Power
Brooch of Rage - Bathe in Blood Vanquishing an enemy will restore your Health and Stamina
Bracers of Rage - Bloodlust Striking an enemy will return a portion of the damage dealt as Health
Signet Ring of Ecstasy - Stimulation While grievously wounded, all sources of Healing are more effective
Bracelet of Grief - Depression While grievously wounded, all sources of Healing are more effective
Collar of Grief - Bargaining Expending Lymbic Energy will restore your Health

Certain pieces of Defensive Gear can help you heal with their unique Lymbic Powers. In addition to healing, they also provide attribute bonuses like increased Endurance and Damage Absorption or Healing Bonus. A healing Defensive Gear works well alongside Medkits and your Healing Pulse.

Use Glyphs To Heal

Glyph How to Obtain
Lymbic Mending (Neutral) You get it by completing the Mystery: Lymbic Chest - Vitalis Underground
Lymbic Mending - Enhanced (Neutral) You get it by completing the Secret: Thy father's ashes
Lymbic Mending - Elite (Neutral) You get it by closing the Timeloop. After closing the Timeloop, speak with Gildas Brom, the Vigil, at the Watcher's Nest to receive your reward

The Lymbic Mending is a series of Glyphs allows you to heal yourself by expending Lymbic Energy. The amount of health restored depends on the Glyph's tier, with the Elite version being the most powerful.
