1. Unlock the OMSIF Gate to Get Lymbic Rod - Neutral, W at Acasa Marshes

Lymbic Rod - Neutral W at Acasa Marshes

Unlock the gate at the OMSIF camp in Acasa Marshes northeast to Jova after finding the Code Sheet in the APC underneath the passenger seat. The Lymbic Rod will be underneath a tent in the camp, on a table.

2. Find the Lymbic Rod - Neutral, Y Near Pathem Abbey

Lymbic Rod - Neutral Y at Pathem Abbey

Near the sign for Pathem Abbey, continue along the road until you come across the fallen electric tower. At the end, by the sides of the road is the Lymbic Rod.

3. Unlock the Chest at Lake Cynon Reservoir

Lymbic Chest - Lake Cynon Reservoir at Lake Cynon

After obtaining both rods, head to Lake Cynon reservoir. Drain the reservoir with the Gear - Spoked, the reward you get for solving the pillar puzzle in the area. You'll now be able to open the chest and get the reward inside.
