Align the Symbols According to the Position of the Tablet Fragments

At the entrance of the Blood Queen's Tomb, lay down the Square, Oblique, and Angled Tablet Fragments in the middle of the crevice. Four pillars will be raised afterwards. Then, align them according to the position of the Tablet Fragments.

Found in the Woods Near the APC

From the APC, cross the bridge near the sign to enter the forest and continue going east until you reach the Puzzle Door.
