Purchase from the Forge Daughter in Deep Docks

A Crafting Kit can be purchased for 180 rosaries from the Forge Daughter. She can be found in Deep Docks past the area where you fought multiple enemies in the closed room.
Received from the Crawbug Clearing Wish
After completing the Crawbug Clearing wish in Greymoor, you will receive a Crafting Kit as a reward.
How to Use Crafting Kit
Automatically Enhances Your Tools Once Acquired
Crafting Kits will automatically increase your Tool Damage once you receive the item. You do not need to activate anything for it to take effect.
Do note that the game indicates there are four levels to your tool damage, so there are likely 4 crafting kits in the game.
