How to Get Barbed Bracelet
Head to Sinner's Road
To get the Barbed Bracelet, head to Sinner’s Road and drop down to the lowest floor in the vertical section. From there, go to the side opposite Greymoor and keep moving right.
Go to the Bottom Right Corner
Once you reach the rightmost section of the lowest floor, enter the caged area and drop down the hole at the end. This secret path leads to the room where you’ll find the Barbed Bracelet!
Loot the Corpse on the Floating Platform
Keep going down until you land on a floating platform. Loot the corpses there to get the Barbed Bracelet.
How to Use Barbed Bracelet
Equip to Increase Needle Damage
Equipping the Barbed Bracelet increases the damage of your needle attacks, but at the cost of taking more damage yourself. For example, if an enemy normally deals one health damage, you’ll take two while wearing it.
Use it with caution during exploration, since the extra damage you receive can be significant.
