Starting September 7, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. (UTC), players can claim free rewards as part of the September Helping Hand Giveaway. All players who logged into the game before October 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (UTC) are eligible to receive the reward.
How to Claim Gifts
Claim in the Presents Menu
After completing the tutorial, players can claim their free Carats by selecting the Presents menu in the Main Menu screen.
Please note that unclaimed gifts will expire after 30 days. Make sure to claim them within the allotted time.
