1. Learn About the Blacksmith During Family Reunion

Step Objective
1.1
Hell is Us - Bronze Acorns
Reach Acasa Marshes after unlocking the APC back in Senedra Forest. When you arrive in Acasa Marshes, follow the dirt path until you see the mass grave. On the left side of the path, you can pick up the Box of Bronze Acorns.

Hell is Us - Grieving Father
A grieving father will be beside the pit. Speak with him and discover that he needs an item from his family to bury them. You can find the Letter and the Rosary in the Village of Jova later to complete the Good Deed Asunder.

Hell is Us - To the Village of Jova
Continue down the path until you reach the vandalized sign for the Village of Jova. Once you reach the end of the wooden walkway, head northwest to the Village of Jova. Be careful since the marshes are filled with Hallow Walkers.

You can also spot a timeloop and a giant oak tree in the far distance. There is a Bloodied Plush underneath the tree, which you can use to complete the Love Thy Neighbor good deed. There is also a hill near the tree, where you can complete a puzzle for the Martial Lineage mystery.

Hell is Us - Speak to Capt Vaas
Speak with Captain Vaas, found near the entrance of the village. He will let you know that the blacksmith left with the ON Convoy. To his left is a building a red roof for the Captain's Office mystery.

If you continue down the path to your left when facing Captain Vaas, you will find a stone monolith with soldiers underground. They are connected to the Waylaid good deed. There is also a Lymbic Door nearby.

Hell is Us - fearful Fiddler
On the truck behind Captain Vaas is a Fearful Fiddler, if you find music sheets and deliver it to him you can complete the Good Deed, Performance of a Lifetime.

The first music sheet in on a piano near the Jova Java establishment, while the other one's in Vyssa Hills. You can also find a chained dog, which you can free later after Act 1 for the Man's Best Friend good deed.

Hell is Us Map of Acasa Marshes in the Village of Jova
Head Northeast from where Captain Vaas is to reach the ON Outpost. This is just behind the Blacksmith's Forge. Collect the Map of Acasa Marshes on the table to the right of the building with an ON painted on its roof.

Just past the building by the wooden bridge in the marshes is a corpse. Loot it to obtain the Researcher's Notebook to start the Enlightenment mystery. Then past that is an outpost related to the Observation Outpost 08 mystery.

Hell is Us - Enter the Tunnel
Exit the village and head Northeast, you will see a tunnel with smoke billowing out of it. Enter the tunnel and defeat the enemies inside.

Key to Vitalis
After the battle, enter the maintenance room, there will be a Scuffed Young Man inside, this is Victor Gaz the Blacksmith's apprentice. He will give you the keys to Vitalis's house.

The burning vehicles at the end of the tunnel will die down after Act 1, which causes you to access the box nearby to obtain a photograph of a girl needed for the Where the Heart Is good deed.

Return to Jova, and go to Vitalis's house directly in front of the Blacksmith's Forge. Use the Key - Vitalis’s Home to unlock the door.

There is a fence to the southwest of the blacksmith's shop, which leads you to a house at the end of the road. Inside is a drunk man related to the Love Thy Neighbor good deed. There is also a basement leading to Judith and a baby for the Land of Milk and Honey good deed.

Hell is Us - Pictures
Inside the first room on the right, pick up the picture frame inside the drawer in the child's room. In the next room, pick up the next picture from the table under the clock.

Hell is Us - Pick up the Keys
You can pick up the Keys - Car from the table on the balcony, you can use this item to find a memento for Victor to complete the Good Deed, Victor's Vigil.

Hell is Us - Use the Heirloom Necklace
Go down the stairs and there will a chest, use the Heirloom Necklace to open this. There will be a note and a picture for you to pick up. Go down the ladder after this and proceed to the room with the Locked Door.

Hell is Us Family Picture Puzzle Solution
Place the pictures on the wall. Make sure that the frame matches the outline. Enter the code 321713 on the digital lock in the basement to gain access to the locked room.

The codes correspond to the numbers printed on the cars found in the family pictures you gathered, though the green car’s number is smudged. You can find the exact car in the room before descending to the basement to check the number.

Hell is Us Vigil Note
Enter the room and collect the Vigil Note on the table, this contains information about The Vigil, and mentions that Vitalis was going to the Weeping Knight to meet with a journalist. There will also be a chest containing five glyphs, and a Greatsword in the corner of the room.

On the table, you can pick up the Lymbic Rod - Grief, W. You can use this and a Lymbic Rod - Grief, Y, which you can get near the blacksmith, to open the safe just outside the door to complete the Mystery, Lymbic Chest - Acasa Vitalis' Basement.

Hell is Us - speak with Victor
Cross the road to the Blacksmith's Forge and speak with Victor. Exhaust his dialogue options, asking about the Vigil Note will unlock the next area Vyssa Hills. After this conversation, you will be able to Craft by interacting with Victor.

Behind the red drawers directly beside Victor, you can grab the Lymbic Rod - Grief, Y. Go back to Vitalis' basement to unlock the Lymbic Chest and obtain the Lymbic Mending Glyph.
1.16 You can continue exploring the Village of Jova to find a cemetery related to the Protector good deed. East of the timeloop, you can find Fyrgen Bronus outside his house. He is related to The Hermit good deed. Afterwards, you can head to Vyssa Hills to continue the investigation.

2. Learn About the Blue Flower During Family Legacy

Learn About the Blue Flower During Family Legacy

After obtaining the Blue Flower Scroll in the Watcher's Nest in Vyssa Hills, you can return to the Village of Jova and ask either Abbot Jaffer or Rebecca about the Blue Flower. This will unlock Laky Cynon, so you'll be able to travel to it via the APC.

3. Unlock Lethe During Searching for the Keystone of Ecstacy

Step Objective
3.1
Hell is Us - Talk to Tania
After inserting the Keystone of Grief during Family Legacy, Return to the APC and speak with Tania to ask about the Symbol of the Two-Headed Snake. Get information on the Gospel of Teaar from Pathem Abbey in Acasa Marshes.
3.2
Hell is Us - Speak with Victor
Travel to Acasa Marshes, a cut scene will play on the way. If you've spoken to Abbot Jaffer before, you can go to the Blacksmith Shop in Jova and speak with Victor. Ask him about Abbot Jaffer's location and where the Pathem Abbey is.

Otherwise, you can use the map of the Acasa Marshes you got from Family Reunion to navigate to the Pathem Abbey.

Hell is Us - Pathem Abbey
From the Village of Jova, head southeast to reach the Abbey. You won't be able to enter the Abbey from the front so go to the left side of the wall when you're facing it, and walk along the path until you find the side entrance. There will be a bonfire of books and artillery boxes beside it.

Hell is Us - To Jaffer
Enter the gate into a tunnel and keep walking until you reach a large pit. Defeat the Timeloop Guardian below and climb up the other ladder.

Hell is Us - Speak with Abbot Jaffer
Follow the path into a cave-like area until you reach Abbot Jaffer, and ask him about the Gospel of Teaar to unlock travel to Lethe - National Library. Pull the lever to unlock the door. Return to the APC and travel to Lethe - National Library.

You can rotate the torches on both sides of the gate to the right. If you manage to find all of them, you can complete the Mystery Enlightenment.
