1. Explore the Ministy's Office During the Keystone of Rage Investigation
| Step | Objective |

| 1.1 |  Travel to Lethe - Ministry of Cultural Primacy after getting the Iron Seal - Fading and the Map of Hadea - Ancient in Jeljin. Once you arrive, enter the building and keep climbing up the stairs until you reach the Ministry of Cultural Primacy. There is a locked trunk of a blue car in the parking lot related to the Blackmailed mystery. You can also go down to the P2 basement parking before entering the building to get a keycard related to the Incognito good deed. |
| 1.2 |  Make your way to Marton Ralst office by walking into the accounting office and into his. He will be hanging from the ceiling. |
| 1.3 |  From his office exit out to wing B. When you reach the painting of Aster, turn right to wing A. There will be an Artillery Walker on the other side of a hole on the floor. Dodge its hits and go into the cafeteria. |
| 1.4 |  Speak with the Distressed Woman inside, exhaust her dialogue options. You need to help her escape before she can tell you anything. |
| 1.5 |  Exit the room and drop down to the lower floor to get to the other side of Wing A. |
| 1.6 |  Defeat the enemies here and collect Marton Ralt's Wallet from a body near the door. You'll pass by an office where you can get the Black ID Cards from a safe for the A Way Out good deed. |
| 1.7 |  Go back up the stairs and defeat the Artillery Hollow Walker that was blocking the room where Maeve is. Go back to Ralst office, at the reception, check the computer, and there will be a Repairs Completed note. Take note that the radio works only on channel 60. |
| 1.8 |  In Ralst's office, you will find the Distressed Woman, Maeve Tristana, exhaust all her dialogue options for information. Access Ralst's computer; the hint for this is in his wallet. Enter the year of Aster's coronation, 773, you can find this on the portrait near the cafeteria. | 1.9 |  Interact with the radio in Ralsts office. Based on the note earlier, start tuning it to 60.00 toggling from AM to FM until the safe is revealed. |
| 1.10 |  Search for the paintings around the Ministry of Cultural Primacy, and you will get the code 20 3 2 79 from important numbers on the paintings. Input this number on the safe and obtain the Iron Seal - Rising, and the Journal - Auriga Entrance. This unlocks travel to the Auriga Museum. Head back to the APC and travel to your next location. Take note to go to Auriga Museum only after you've been to Jeljin and Lethe's National Library. |
