How to Complete Infestation Operation
Find Benjin and Crull in Sinner's Road and Buy the Steel Spines

To complete Infestation Operation, head to Crull and Benjin's location on Sinner's Road. Their room can only be accessed from the jail area by completing a short platforming section leading to the upper corner of the map. Once you find Benjin and Crull, purchase the Steel Spines from them for 260 Rosaries to complete the wish.
Infestation Operation Rewards
Completion of Rite of Rebirth
The main reward for completing the Infestation Operation is the progression for the Rite of Rebirth wish. This will let you complete the operation, remove the Twisted Bud parasite from Hornet, and obtain the Witch Crest.
How to Start Infestation Operation
Talk to Yarnaby At the North West Corner of Greymoor

The quest's starting location is at the Northwest corner of Greymoor's map. This zone can easily be accessed by using the lift to the left of Halfway Home. If the lift isn't activated, you'll need to climb the tower to the left of Halfway Home and trigger it from there.
