Beastling Call is unlocked after defeating the Bell Eater below the Grand Bellway in Choral Chambers. During Act 3, call for the Bell Beast in the Grand Bellway for the Bell Eater to appear. Jump down the gap and head right to encounter the boss.

Hold Up and Play the Needolin

Hold the Up button and play the Needolin to initiate the Beastling Call. This transports Hornet to the current Bellway the Bell Beast is residing in.
