Bio-Bulkhead Location
Found in Synthetic Nave
Bio-Bulkhead is located in the Synthetic Nave, Dissected Plateau in Fadefields. Bio-Bulkhead appears as a boss encounter in the main mission, One Fell Swoop.
Bio-Bulkhead can also be repeatedly farmed after you complete One Fell Swoop. Return to the location after the main mission and spend cash at the Moxxi's Big Encore Machine near the entrance of the boss arena to re-farm it.

Throw Locust Sample When Immune
At the beginning of the fight, and at the start of each health segment, Bio-Bulkhead becomes immune to all incoming damage. During this phase, grab a Locust Sample from the arena and throw it at the boss. This will temporarily disable its immunity and leave it vulnerable to your weapons.
Use Corrosive or Cryo Weapons
Once Bio-Bulkhead’s armor is exposed, Corrosive or Cryo weapons are the most effective choice, dealing bonus damage to its armor health bar. Shock, Radiation and Incendiary weapons are much less effective. If you run out of Corrosive options, Kinetic weapons can be used as backups.
Jump Over AOE Attacks
Bio-Bulkhead frequently slams the ground, sending out a damaging AOE shockwave. Keep moving and time your jumps carefully to avoid taking damage.
