There are a total of 6 Ripper Drill Sites in Kairos. You will have to reach a certain point in the Main Mission that allows access to the rest of the map to complete the other Ripper Drill Sites.

Rewards 40 SDU Upon After First Clear
The first time you clear an Ripper Drill Site by defeating its boss at the final wave of Rippers, you’ll be rewarded with 40 SDU Tokens.
Complete All 6 for a Vehicle Cosmetic
Completing all six Ripper Drill Sites across Kairos finishes the Disrupted Eruption Challenge. This rewards you with a Vehicle Cosmetic along with a generous amount of experience, cash, and Eridium.
