List of Contents

The Lost Loot Machine will get any loot you missed during your exploration of Kairos. The machine can only store loot if it has empty slots. It will start with six slots, but can be increased with SDU Tokens.
The machine will not collect loot you have seen or dropped from your Backpack. It is best to pick up any interesting loot for yourself to store or sell later.
In the menu of the machine, you can only trash items or put them in your Backpack. You have to go to the vending machines to sell your items or to the Bank of Kairos so you can store them for other characters.

Lost Loot Machines are found in cities and faction locations. The first one you will encounter is in The Launchpad. It will be unlocked during the Down and Outbound main mission.

The machine will also pick up dropped loot from NPCs fighting enemies. Since it is loot you did not see, it will be collected by the machine.
It would be best to regularly trash or take items from the Lost Loot Machine. This will make more room for other items to be collected. To note, the Lost Loot Machine is not a reliable method for getting strong weapons.

You can spend SDU Tokens to add a slot to the machine. The price will be increased for the next slot you buy.
It is the least important upgrade in the SDU Menu. Upgrading your maximum ammo capacities will help you in long fights and hard bosses, the main methods of getting better weapons. Backpack and Bank slots will let you store more items.
