How to Use the Craw Summons
Unlock a Gate Inside Craw Lake in Greymoor

You can use the Craw Summons to unlock the gate inside the building found at the center of Craw Lake. Give the item to the door at the bottom right of the building to unlock the Crawfather boss.
How to Get the Craw Summons
Complete All 4 Craw Journal Entries

You must complete the 4 Craw Journal Entries to get the item at Bellhart. Once you accomplish this, you will then be able to retrieve the Craw Summons. Do note that these enemies can primarily be found in Greymoor.
Sit on the Bellhart Bench in Act 3
Upon completing all 4 Craw Journal Entries, go to Bellhart and sit on the bench in the town proper. Then, leave the area and return to it to find the item attached to a long pin beside the bench. Alternatively, you can also save and exit the game to find the item when you return.
