Mega Dimension DLC Release Date

As shown in the Official Japanese website, the Mega Dimension DLC is set to release this Winter with no concrete date. But based on the listing for the Pre-Order Apri Balls Gift, the DLC should release before February 28, 2026!

Based on the trailer, Hoopa will be playing a large part on this DLC, similar to how Calyrex did on the Crown Tundra DLC and Terapagos in the Indigo Disk DLC.

Screenshots show that it has been leaving Portals around Lumiose City similar to the ones found in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

As revealed in the official website, the Mega Dimension storyline serves as the game's post-game story. Trainers need to have finished the main story before they can start the DLC.

The Mega Dimension DLC will follow Team MZ as you investigate different space distortions happening around Lumiose City.

As Post-Game Story for the main story, it will follow after the main events involving Zygarde and the Z-A Royale! The Mythical Pokemon Hoopa will also play a significant role in the story.

Obtain the X-Suit and Y-Suit on the Base Game's Release!

X-Suit and Y-Suit

If you have purchased the DLC before February 28, 2026, you can receive the X-Suit and Y-Suit for your player character! This Mystery Gift will be available and can be worn upon the release of the base game. It is currently unknown if these outfits can have their color changed.
