The Chuck Assault Rifle has a chance to drop from defeating Foundry Freaks bosses: Frank the Furnace, Hank the Welder, and Sal the Engineer in the Pitted Stain Drill Site on Idolator's Noose, Fadefields

The Foundry Freaks trio can be fought again by paying Moxxi's Big Encore Machine which can be found near the boss' area.
