Pale Nails is obtained by interacting with the arm in the upper section of the Cradle in Hollow Knight: Silksong. See how to unlock Pale Nails and how to use it here!

How to Unlock Pale Nails
To obtain Pale Nails, players will have to make their way to the Cradle in Act 3. Head up to where you fought Grand Mother Silk, and you will see her hand on top of a platform. Bind with it to get Pale Nails.
How to Use Pale Nails
Homing Spell
Pale Nails will be your homing spell, allowing Hornet to target enemies in front of her. These nails do not fire immediately as they only fire in on enemies once Hornet swings her needle on them.
All Silk Skills and How to Unlock
Equip to Your Current Crest
Once you have acquired Pale Nails, you will need to equip it on the skill slot available of your designated Crest. This will allow you to use the Pale Nails skill during gameplay.
