The Disco Grenade Ordnance has a chance to drop after defeating the Bramblesong in Bittervein Abandoned Auger Mine in Stoneblood Forest, Terminus Range.
Bramblesong can be refought by paying Moxxi's Big Encore Machine which can be found near the boss' area.
