The Special Program Livestream for Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.6 was recently streamed at the Official HSR Youtube channel on September 12, 2025.
The Livestream talked about the all new content available for Version 3.6 of HSR such as the upcoming characters, a free 5-Star Character, and the new endgame mode called Anomaly Arbitration.

Cyrene is the most recently teased character for Version 3.7! She will be the latest Ice and Remembrance character. Not to mention, Cyrene has a striking resemblance to Elysia from Honkai Impact 3rd.
Based on the order of her announcement, it is highly likely that Cyrene's Banner will be released in Phase 1 of Version 3.7.

The Honkai: Star Rail Livestream showcased Evernight's release for 3.6! She is an Ice and Remembrance character that that will synergize well with multiple Rememberance characters.
Evernight's Banner will be released in Phase 1 of Version 3.6, along with a rerun of The Herta.

Permansor Terrae Release in Version 3.6
The Honkai: Star Rail Livestream also showcased Permansor Terrae! He is a Physical and Preservation character, as well as another 5-star version of Dan Heng.
Permansor Terrae will be available for free on Phase 2 of Version 3.6, during his banner run. During this period, Anaxa will have a rerun banner at the same time.

Honkai: Star Rail's Version 3.5 went live on August 9, 2025 (UTC-5). Hysilens is the new character released in Version 3.5! Cerydra will follow suit in Phase 2 of the same Version Update.

Cerydra's Banner, The Iron Tamer of Tides is now available in Phase 2 of Version 3.5. The 4-star characters with rate-up in her banner will be Sampo, Qingque, and Dan Heng.
Cerydra's Banner will run from September 2, 2025 until September 23, 2025. Her Light Cone, Epoch Etched in Golden Blood, will also be available at the same time through the Brilliant Fixation banner.

Saber's Banner, Excalibur Excelsior, is now available from Version 3.4 onwards. Aside from Saber, there are no other featured rate-ups in her banner.

Before Their Deaths is a new Trailblaze Mission in Version 3.5! It's the sixth part of the Amphoreus storyline and continues the story.

The Version 3.2 Livestream also announced a new Mission type called the Finality Mission.
In Version 3.8, Trailblazers will go back to Penacony in the Memories are the Prelude to Dreams Finality mission, which will be a complementary piece to the main story of Penacony.
